Great carpenter‎‎ I had sm construction do some crown moulding and trim in my house. His finished carpentry is very professional, all the lines look good and clean. He wasn't the cheapest, but was certainly worth more than what I paid. I'll have him help me again when I have another project.

I hired Sergio to install laminate flooring and tile. He was very professional and responsible with our project. We needed it before a certain date and, he started in time and finished in time. In the future I will certainly hire him again. I recommend this guy.

Sergio and his small team did very good work and I am very pleased. He responded quickly and effectively to messages left, he came when he said he would, and finished in a timely manner. He was honest and reasonable in pricing. They cleaned up effectively when the job was finished, as they said they would. Sergio is pleasant to work with, and is also very persistent in getting hard-to-find materials that are needed. He listens and evaluates well. I really appreciate the job he and his crew did.
